My name is Craig Roh. I’m a pro football player who’s played at the highest levels for teams like University of Michigan, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and the Carolina Panthers. I’ve won championships, set records (most consecutive starts in University of Michigan history) and have learned from the best coaches in the world. You absolutely don’t have to listen to me, but if you don't you'll be missing out on all the lessons I've learned in my 20+ years playing football that you could be using to develop you skills, build dominant defensive lines & progress your career.
